Sudden Heat is the project of Italian-Brazilian DJ and producer Lucas Amore, an artist driven by the pursuit of emotion and energy on the dancefloor. With over 15 years of experience, he created Sudden Heat as a space for pure artistic expression, blending groove-driven house with the depth and atmosphere of techno. Raised around instruments like guitar and synthesizers, his connection with music began early and evolved into a deep fascination with sound design and rhythm. His productions reflect that journey, combining analog warmth with meticulous digital production while drawing inspiration from disco, jazz, hip-hop and Afro-Latin rhythms. The result is a sound that feels both nostalgic and forward-thinking, designed for modern dancefloors while rooted in timeless influences. Sudden Heat has released on labels including Experts Only, Nervous Records and Criterio Music. Tracks like “The Hook” and “Voy Voy” reached the Top 16 and Top 35 on Beatport, contributing to a catalog with over 5 million streams. His latest release, “Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps”, with Mr. Belt & Wezol and Damaskus, continues to expand his global reach.
