Detroit supergroup, Dames Brown embody the pure essence of Motor City’s funk and soul. The award-winning vocal trio, Dames aka Athena Johnson, Teresa Marbury and LaRae epitomise the best of their hometown’s unparalleled musical heritage with their faultless gospel harmonies and infectious live energy. Lending their exquisite range to records across the dance music spectrum, their forthcoming debut album - released on Defected Records - will see them front and centre with producers and remix features from the scene’s key players.
