Born and raised in Brazil, Marcio Gomes, the name behind Against The Time, is an artist who has given himself to the musical immensity, for more than a decade he has become involved with electronic music. Through the emission of dynamic sound waves, your message is transmitted, making us all have proof of what the possibilities of music are capable of. Combining a timeless vision with experimental sounds, obscure textures, deconstructed rhythms and melancholic peaks, seeks to bring the most intrinsic part of contemporary and emotional music, always trying to provide an eccentric and sensory experience. As a DJ, Marcio graduated from the renowned D-Edge DJ College course in São Paulo, and has already played in some of the most important clubs and festivals in Brazil, such as D-Edge, Club 88, Cavan 77, Zeitgeist Club, Ologram and Euphoria Festival. In addition to having toured internationally through Argentina, where he went through clubs and labels such as Bahrein, KIKA Club, Ostia Groove Selection, Bombay Streaming Bar, Kraken BA and Tempest Stream Lab. His passion and talent for music was proven through his productions, which have support of some most interesting names in contemporary electronic music, such as Tale Of Us, Amelie Lens, Paul Ritch, Marco Faraone, Maceo Plex, Oliver Huntemann, Pan Pot, Luca Agnelli, Agents Of Time, Scuba, Pig & Dan, Keith Carnal, Ambivalent, Victor Ruiz, Thomas Schumacher, Mark Fanciulli and many others.
