Yes. growyour.music is an independent platform built by electronic music producers and industry professionals. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record, which also handles VAT and invoicing. Feedback is structured and delivered through a verified curator network, not anonymous ratings. The 7-day guarantee is enforced by automation, not promises. If feedback does not arrive, you are refunded automatically. The Creator Fund is transparent with a public dashboard showing fund allocation. The label directory is updated regularly with data from Traxsource, Beatport, Spotify, and SoundCloud. We do not charge submission fees to labels and do not accept paid placements in the directory rankings.

Paddle is our merchant of record: the company that processes every growyour.music payment, collects VAT and issues the invoice. A charge from us shows on your statement as "Paddle.net" or "GYMUSIC". Your VAT invoice is in the receipt email Paddle sends the moment you pay.

All prices are in euros and include tax. What you pay depends on the country you buy from (VAT rates differ, and Paddle applies the right one at checkout), so the figure on the pricing page is the baseline and the checkout shows your exact total before you confirm.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay where your browser supports them, and iDEAL and Bancontact in the Netherlands and Belgium. All of it runs through Paddle's secure checkout. We never see or store your card number.

Credits pay for demo drops (2 credits each). A paid plan tops you up every month, and you can buy a credit pack any time from Settings > Billing or by asking Gymmy. Credits never expire. If a label misses the 7-day deadline, the credits for that drop come back to your balance automatically.

Settings > Billing > Manage Plan. Upgrades apply right away and you are charged the difference. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep the plan until then, and nothing else is charged. Annual plans work the same way.

Demo drops: yes, automatically. If the 7-day feedback deadline is missed, the credits return to your balance. Credit packs: credits you have not used yet are refunded in full; credits already spent on a drop, a promo or an ad are consumed services and are not. Subscriptions: cancelling stops the next charge; the period you have already paid for is not refunded pro-rata unless something on our side was broken. Ad campaign budgets are non-refundable once a campaign is approved and live. Refunds are processed by Paddle and take 5-10 working days to land.

Paddle emails a receipt with a VAT invoice the moment a payment goes through. Search your inbox for "Paddle". Your credit history is under Settings > Billing. If you need a business name or VAT number on the invoice, add it in the Paddle checkout before paying, or contact support and we will have it re-issued.

Beta members keep their Hustler-level tools on the house for a grace window. The exact end date is shown under Settings > Billing. Credits you were granted stay on your account and never expire. When the window ends you pick a plan or continue on Spark; nothing you built stops working, and we email you 14 days, 3 days and on the day before it changes.

Nothing changes straight away. Paddle retries the card over the following days and we email you each time with a link to update your payment method. If the retries all fail, the plan pauses and you drop to Spark until a payment goes through. Your links, gates and campaigns stay in place, and your credits stay on your account.
