Hailing from Lower Austria, Benedikt Dengler alias Dossa is on a quest to challenge musical conventions. Growing up as a multi-instrumentalist with a background in Sound Design, he stands out as one of the most eclectically influenced producers in the circuit. As part of the Drum & Bass duo Dossa & Locuzzed, he pioneered a funk-infused niche within the genre, showcasing his affinity for combining funk, jazz, and soul influences with modern bass music and bringing complex musicality to the dancefloor. Now solo, Dossa is pushing the genre’s boundaries even further. His signature sound is both electronic and organic, creating a heavy blend of nostalgia and innovation. This has become a hallmark of his cutting-edge productions. Beyond his studio work, Dossa has carved out a reputation for exceptional DJ skills that transcend genre boundaries.
