Drift Deeper Recordings is a London independent label releasing deep electronic music — mainly dub techno, dub ambient and dub house. It was started in 2012 by Paul Manwaring as an extension of Dub Techno Blog, the genre site he had been running since 2008, and has grown to 80+ releases across digital, CD, cassette and lathe-cut vinyl, from artists including Martin Jarl, Sebby Kowal, Heavenchord, Stanislav Vdovin, Merovingian and Marco Hessler. The label sits alongside the Drift Deeper YouTube channel and its 24/7 Drift Deeper Lounge stream, which is one of the scene's main listening posts for dub techno. The brief is quality and depth over trend, and the label runs its sister imprint Natural Expressions for physical releases.
