We employ the following content moderation practices:
Anyone — visitor, artist, label, or fan — can submit a notice about content on growyour.music that they believe is illegal, infringing, or misrepresented (e.g. wrongly-claimed artist pages, profiles featured without consent, copyright issues, impersonation, or incorrect metadata). We review every notice and act on it within 7 days where possible, faster for clear-cut copyright or safety issues.
How to submit a notice
Every reporter receives an acknowledgement email with a reference ID and a resolution email once the report is closed, with a plain-language explanation of the action taken.
Users can appeal moderation decisions by emailing complaints@growyour.music within 6 months of the decision. We respond within 14 days.
If you are unsatisfied with our complaint handling, you may use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body. We will engage in good faith with any such body to resolve disputes.
We publish semi-annual transparency reports detailing moderation activities, notices received, and complaint outcomes at /legal/transparency.
We prioritize reports from entities designated as trusted flaggers by EU Digital Services Coordinators. If you represent a trusted flagger organization, please contact dsa@growyour.music to establish priority reporting procedures.
We route legal and support contact to dedicated mailboxes so the right team picks it up quickly. If you're not sure which one to use, the in-app forms (linked above) route your message automatically — these addresses are a backup.
