Djuma Soundsystem is a true pioneer on the Afro house scene, long before it was even a genre on beatport.. Over an impressive 20-year international career, Djuma Soundsystem, has spread his musical vision to every corner of the globe. His massive crossover hit "Les Djinns" launched him onto the electronic music scene two decades ago and remains one of the top sold tracks on Beatport. Since then, his sound has become synonymous with earthy rhythms and beats, with genre-defying productions on some of the most influential electronic labels, like Get Physical, Stil vor Talent, Sol Selectas and Crosstown Rebels. Through extensive global tours, numerous radio shows (currently on Ibiza Live Radio), and his Iziki movement and label, he has played a crucial role in pushing this sound to the forefront. His ground breaking track "Anyimo" on Crosstown Rebels in 2015 introduced a fresh sound previously unknown outside of Africa. His reinterpretation of Analog Souls' EDM classic "Trinidad Dreams" (Armada 2020) further brought broken tribal beats to a wider audience. In 2019, he solidified his position with the impressive 18-track compilation "Body Language" (Get Physical), featuring all original tracks and remixes.
