Over St. David

St. David is the artistic alias of Italian DJ, producer, and musician Davide Disanto, born in Bari, Italy in 1991. Known for his authentic old-school house sound, St. David has become one of the emerging names in the international underground house music scene. Alongside DJing and music production, St. David is also the founder of Theory Of Swing Records, a vinyl-only underground house label dedicated to preserving the timeless spirit of classic ’90s house music. Over the years, his music has gained international recognition through appearances on globally respected platforms and compilations including !K7 Records’s DJ-Kicks: Cinthie, as well as projects connected to fabric London and Ninja Tune. In 2022, his track “I See U’ Movin” was selected by Berlin house artist Cinthie for the internationally acclaimed DJ-Kicks: Cinthie compilation. His discography includes releases on internationally respected labels such as Hard Times, Henry Street Music, Definitive Recordings, Rekids, Snatch! Records, Body N’ Deep, Heist Recordings, Skylax Records, Let’s Play House, Groovin Recordings, and !K7 Records / DJ-Kicks. By 2025 and 2026, St. David continued expanding his international profile with releases on legendary house labels including Hard Times, Henry Street Music, Definitive Recordings, and Rekids, further establishing his reputation as one of the strongest new-generation European underground house artists carrying the spirit of classic house music into modern clubs worldwide.
