Over Michael Reinboth
Michael Reinboth is the founder and A&R of Compost Records. He has been DJing since 1980, starting in Hannover with new wave, proto-disco and early hip hop, and in the early 80s co-founded and edited Elaste, the underground culture magazine. In Munich he ran the Friday night Into Somethin' for twelve years, and in 1993 turned it into Compost Records, compiling the Future Sounds Of Jazz series along the way. A music journalist for years, he now also runs Elaste Records with Thomas Elsner, releasing new wave, industrial and 80s music.
