About Compound Rhythm
Compound Rhythm embarked on his voyage into electronic music in 2004 with the purchase of his first turntables, greatly influenced by Dutch trance DJs. Over time, his interest transitioned from trance to deep-house, ultimately finding Techno, the genre that he resonates with the most, in 2015. He got the opportunity to host 'Good Times Radio', a weekly radio show on Amsterdams Most Wanted, a task he still enjoys after five years. In 2019, Compound Rhythm became a resident at EAST Techno Collective, the weekly event born at Panama Amsterdam that now runs every Thursday at Club Roots and regularly at Paradiso Amsterdam. He made his debut at the legendary Paradiso Amsterdam during EAST Techno Collective XL in the summer of 2022. Techno has remained central to his career — a relentless rhythm, a compound rhythm if you will.
