- Automated Detection: Audio fingerprinting via Chromaprint/AcoustID
- User Reporting: Community flagging system
- Human Review: All reports reviewed within 24 hours
- Transparency: Clear explanations for all decisions
4. Notice and Action
To report illegal content:

- We respond within 24 hours
5. Complaint Handling
Users can appeal moderation decisions by emailing complaints@togetherwerise.com within 6 months of the decision. We respond within 14 days.
6. Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement
If you are unsatisfied with our complaint handling, you may use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body. We will engage in good faith with any such body to resolve disputes.
7. Transparency
We publish annual transparency reports detailing moderation activities, notices received, and complaint outcomes at /legal/transparency.
8. Trusted Flaggers
We prioritize reports from entities designated as trusted flaggers by EU Digital Services Coordinators. If you represent a trusted flagger organization, please contact dsa@togetherwerise.com to establish priority reporting procedures.
