Data protection

The data controller is established in the Netherlands, so processing is governed by the EU GDPR. Our lead supervisory authority is the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Under the GDPR there is no data-protection authority pre-registration to file; we maintain an internal record of processing activities (Art. 30) instead.

Regulatory status

• Not an authorised financial institution. Purchases are sold and billed by Paddle.com Market Limited (30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom) as merchant of record, under their own regulatory framework. Stripe remains in place as the fallback payment provider during the changeover.
• Not a telecommunications provider. Messaging features are transactional or opt-in marketing under the EU ePrivacy rules (in the Netherlands, the Telecommunicatiewet).
• Online intermediary services under the EU Digital Services Act (EU Regulation 2022/2065) — see /legal/dsa for our DSA notices and contact points.
