Data protection
The data controller is established in the Netherlands, so processing is governed by the EU GDPR. Our lead supervisory authority is the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Under the GDPR there is no data-protection authority pre-registration to file; we maintain an internal record of processing activities (Art. 30) instead.

Regulatory status
- Not an authorised financial institution. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under their own regulatory framework.
- Not a telecommunications provider. Messaging features are transactional or opt-in marketing under the EU ePrivacy rules (in the Netherlands, the Telecommunicatiewet).
