Enzo Amico launches “Cortona”, his most exciting project yet. His first release, “Foresta”, has been snapped up by one of dance music's hottest underground electronic labels, Music To Die For. He also has imminent releases on Bedrock with remixes coming on his newly relaunched Plastic Fantastic Records and District Records for Patch Park. Already receiving support from John Digweed, Sasha, Nick Warren and Anthony Pappa to name a few, 2025 promises to be a big year for Cortona. Best known for founding the award-winning London-based record shop and underground music label, Plastic Fantastic, which ran between 1994-2006, Enzo has DJ-ed since the early 90s, playing at many iconic clubs. In the UK, he regularly played at Limelight, the Ministry of Sound, the Gardening Club, Malibu Stacey, the Milk Bar and the Zap Club. He guest DJ-ed at John Digweed’s Bedrock, X Press 2’s night, Cream, The Gallery, Whoop it Up and was resident at Type at The Cross. Internationally, Enzo has played everywhere from Paris to New York, Bucharest to Dubai. Highlights include Home in Budapest, +Soda, playing with Deep Dish in Athens, Miami and headlining Sweet in Vancouver. His first love will always be Ibiza, where he has played at many clubs such as Amnesia, Ku, Pacha and the Cafe Del Mar. Production-wise, Enzo has released music as Atomic Grater, Charris, Moroccan Blonde, Bud Monkeyz, DEA (including 2 remixes for Hooj), Foto and most recently, Balearic Jukebox and Cortona.
