Kostas Maskalides is an electronic music artist and synthesizer-focused composer exploring the intersection of ambient, cinematic, and celestial electronica. Hailing from Athens, Greece, and based in Belgium for nearly two decades, Kostas first established a global presence within the melodic techno scene through a vast discography spanning more than 50 record labels and extensive tours across Europe. However, the club circuit eventually gave way to new music ventures as Kostas delved deeper into the art of electronic music synthesis and a growing fascination with minimalism. Emphasizing atmosphere, tonal detail, and gradual development, Kostas evolved into a prominent ambient music artist favoring a more introspective and textural sound.
