Lauren Salvo, better known by her stage name Salvo, blends the brooding energy of dark bass sounds with an ethereal elegance by delivering cathartic and powerful vocals. Since her first release in electronic music in 2017, she has been consistently collaborating with internationally renowned dance artists amassing over 50 million streams in the process and has been supported by big acts in the scene including, The Chainsmokers, R3HAB, Tomorrowland One world Radio and Brooks. Born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, Salvo was mesmerized by music from an early age, turning to it in order to process the inner workings of her mind at times when she felt like an outcast and misunderstood. Music pulled her, like many others, back from the brink of social anxiety and loneliness. She went on to major in Vocal Performance & Opera at Philadelphia’s Temple University. Afterward she discovered her love of electronic music and dove in full force, which led to British record label NCS recognizing her as one of their top female artists to watch.
