Everything New Since July: The August 2026 Product Update
Six upgrades. One month.
July was our first monthly update. This is the second — and the toolkit moved a long way in four weeks. Here's everything that's new since then, in the order it matters to your next release.
If you'd rather watch it, the 80-second version is above.
1. Gymmy went from a chat box to an operator
Gymmy used to answer questions. Now it does the work.
Ask it to build a smart link for your new track and it builds one. Ask it to send your promo out and it sends it. Ask it where to submit and it ranks the labels, drafts the pitch in your voice, and submits the demo on your behalf — with the match score on screen before you spend a credit.
The difference is small to describe and large to use: you stopped being the one who copies things between tools.
2. Your bio link became a booking hub
The bio-link page was already your one public link. Now it does three more jobs:
- It shows who's charting you. The Supported By rail surfaces the DJs and labels actually playing your tracks — social proof you didn't have to ask anyone for.
- Promoters can book you from it. A Book Me button turns a page view into a booking request in your inbox. It works even before you've claimed your profile.
- It plays. Every release streams in-page. Nobody gets sent off-site to hear you.
Stop guessing what happened to your release.

3. Fan tools that do more per release
Three changes, all aimed at the same thing — less setup per release:
- Catalog-wide smart links. Import your whole discography and build links across it at once, instead of one release at a time.
- A live preview. See the page on a phone mock as you edit it.
- Pre-saves that follow up. A pre-save now drops a release-day reminder, so the fan who saved you in week one actually hears you on Friday.
4. A public press kit, zero setup
Every artist now has an EPK at a public URL: bio, releases, verified stats, press photos, supporters, and a PDF export. One click, no builder, nothing to maintain — it reads from the profile you already have.
Send it to a promoter, a blog, or a booking agent instead of assembling a Dropbox folder at midnight.
5. Book Me + Promo Box
Book Me is the booking inbox above — a promoter fills in the date, the venue and the budget, and it lands with you.
Promo Box is the other direction: route a track to opted-in listener pools and get real, honest feedback back. Not likes. Feedback from people who agreed to listen.
6. The label directory learned to rank
The directory stopped being a list. It now sorts best-first against your actual sound, adds a strong-matches-only filter, and shows a live match-rate score so you can see how well you fit a label before you spend a credit on it.
Demo feedback still carries the refund-backed 7-day guarantee: if the label doesn't review inside the window, the credit comes back to you.
Built with you
None of the above came out of a roadmap meeting. It came out of five artists using the thing and telling us what was broken:
Jon Billick · Pitto · Sebb Junior · Grace Bones · Jochem Hamerling
Each of those links is a live bio link, built on what shipped this month. Go look at what they've done with it.
One more thing
growyour.music is a finalist in the Reeperbahn Festival Startup Contest. We pitch in Hamburg on 17 September. That happened because artists backed us early — thank you.
What's next
Another update, next month. Same shape: what shipped, and who it came from.
