Foreword
This is growyour.music's first transparency report. It covers the soft-launch window during which the service went from pre-MVP to public beta. Most of the numbers below are zero because no user-reported or automated moderation events occurred in the period. We are publishing the report anyway so the structure is established for future periods and stakeholders can see the framework we use to count.
The moderation procedure feeding these numbers is documented in docs/compliance/moderation-procedure.md in our public source repository.

3. Response times
Median time from notice receipt to first substantive action: not applicable (no notices received).
Target service level for valid notices of illegal content: acknowledgement within 24 hours, initial action within 48 hours.
4. Automated moderation tooling
The only automated moderation tool in use is an audio-fingerprint copyright matcher (Chromaprint / AcoustID) that runs on every demo upload. There is no automated speech, imagery, or toxicity classifier. Every non-copyright moderation decision is made by a human operator.
Accuracy, error rate, and safeguards: the tool is tuned to block only at ≥85% confidence. MEDIUM-confidence matches surface as warnings for human review before any action is taken. The underlying fingerprint data is stored for at most 7 years; see Cookies & Technologies.

5. Moderator training & resources
growyour.music is operated by a sole trader. All non-automated moderation is performed by the operator (Lukas Pauka) with reference to the written moderation procedure. No third-party moderators are employed. No paid moderation contractors are engaged in this period.

No orders received under DSA Art. 9 (removal) or Art. 10 (information) in the reporting period.
7. Out-of-court dispute settlement
No engagements with out-of-court dispute settlement bodies under DSA Art. 21 in the reporting period.
8. Next report
The 2026 H2 report will cover 1 July 2026 – 31 December 2026 and will be published no later than 31 January 2027.
