About Makoto
Makoto, originally from Tokyo and now based in London, is known for bringing a deeply soulful and musical touch to drum & bass. First emerging via Good Looking Records, he has gone on to release extensively, including three albums on Hospital Records, alongside releases on UKF, DnB Allstars, Liquicity and his own imprint Human Elements. Blending soul, disco and funk influences into modern DnB, his sound continues to evolve while connecting dancefloors worldwide.
