Born out of Orange County’s vibrant hardcore scene in the early 2000s, Scars of Tomorrow rose to prominence as one of Southern California’s most punishing metalcore acts. Blending unrelenting aggression with emotionally charged lyrics, the band quickly gained traction with early releases on Thorp Records before signing to Victory Records, where they delivered career-defining albums that fueled the mid-2000s metalcore explosion. Known for their high-energy performances and tireless touring, Scars of Tomorrow shared stages with some of heavy music’s biggest names and influenced a wave of younger acts. Nearly two decades later, their legacy as a driving force in the Southern California metalcore movement remains undeniable.
