Andres Power a.k.a Outcode, is one of the most important pioneer of dance music in Colombia, in the middles of 80 ́s, he began his carrier hardly influenced by Chicago House Music Sound, in the first of 90 ́s ventured into the bass sound, freestyle and hip hop like a DJ, learning many techniques and scratch skills. Now is the CEO of Deejay Academy Bogotá, On The Decks, Academy Records and Little Insects label, He is considered one of the pillars of the dance movement in Colombia his country.
