Blackchild Blackchild, the stage name of Gennaro Filisdeo, is an Italian DJ and producer from Ischia, a small island in the Gulf of Naples. From an early age, his father’s record collection influenced his musical upbringing, exposing him to genres such as Hip-Hop, RnB, Disco, and classic House. At 18, Blackchild began producing Tech House music, quickly gaining support from prominent artists in the underground scene.
