Hailing from Los Angeles, CA - Chezzarai is a vocalist and songwriter with a four octave range and dynamic stage presence. She is a California native who began writing at four years of age-with her vocal styling being most significantly impacted by Aretha Franklin, Tina Turner, and Robert Plant. Her vocals soar over anthemic melodies- seamlessly blending soul, pop, funk and rock. “My music is a deep dive into some of my most emotional moments….which I tend to lyrically express through wit and double entendres. This lighter expression is form of healing for me…and hopefully for the listener as well. I want my music to be a source of light.”
